We had no knowledge of existence of this company until recently, when certain Shanghai Hongwei Investment Management Center investors contacted Commercial Factoring Expertise Committee of CATIS (CFEC) in Beijing who subsequently inquired Finance One Shanghai Co., Ltd. if Finance One had been cooperating with the company.

Please be informed that上海红威投资管理中心listed Finance One’s name without permission. We have sent a letter to上海红威投资管理中心 to demand it to cease and desist using our company name and delete all unauthorized contracts and promotional materials containing our name, and also to notify its investors that their company and Finance One do not have any cooperation or affiliation.
