| As part of our on-going commitment to providing the best services, effective August 1, 2016, we will be changing the lockbox address to which payments are sent by your customers. This change is made because the current lockbox address format of 'File No.' will no longer be recognized by the United States Postal Service. The new lockbox address will have a commonly accepted 'P.O. Box' format. We will maintain both the old and new lockboxes during the transition for the next few months to ensure timely receipt and posting of payments. | |

| New stamps for your invoices will be distributed in next few days. If you are using Finance One's proprietary Essignment software to assign invoices, we ask you to download a new version of the program from our website (www.finone.com) by the end of July. Your account executive will contact you in the next two weeks to assist you with this change. Please share the new change-of-lockbox information with your staff members in your organization. | |
